Forecast Scoreboard is an independent, neutral scoreboard of forecast accuracy for television stations, the National Weather Service, and weather models. Nobody pays for a place on the list. It is not affiliated with any television station, weather-model provider, or the National Weather Service.
Collection of National Weather Service forecasts, the GFS model, and official observations started September 26, 2026. A station rank is published after 90 matched days and stays provisional until 180. Television-station forecasts are not collected, and no station has been graded.
People are not ranked. The boards are stations, models, and storm events, each scored on its own record.
